I learned Italian this summer so I could survive in Italy while I was there, and actually the language didn’t seem that hard since I already learned Latin — I don’t know why. However, once I was there, it was a totally different game and I got someone to laugh at least once a day because I made some huge pronunciation error. And yet, it was so much fun.

Getting an iPod made me love music even more, I began to find connections, themes, structures between one song and another. I’m constantly looking for new music now because I’m so interested in listening.

...I have an older Titanium Powerbook and I just bought one of the new 12” Powerbooks. They are great machines, powerful, reliable (that TiBook is more than 3 years old) and so very cool looking.
