How I did it: I just decided that after watching the movie "Super Size Me" that i no longer wanted to eat mcdonalds...its seemed easy...even though temptation was to much...i kept to it and i havent eaten mcdonalds in about 2 or 3 months...i am so proud of myself.... :) Read how I did it…

My name is Heather and ive been pulling out my hair since grade 7. I am now in grade 12. It has been a long road and right now im relapsing, and i feel so weak. But i just want to stop pulling because i have my grad coming up in a year and i want to be beautiful. Ive had friends tell me that i look like hallie barry when i have my hair short and i just really want to stop.
