had some major health problems during the past months and now I’m back at square one, feeling very unfit and some days I lack motivation. It’s a a struggle to swim 10 laps. Today I had the pool for myself for at least 5 laps, that was great. For the first time since I re-started, I’m feeling enthusiastic about swimming once more. I’m curious to see how long it will take me to reach the fitness level I was last year, I hope I can do it :)

found the book
Hehehe, I found my book on trees I wrote about 10 months ago. It was not at my friend’s, it was under my bed all this time!! Hahaha, I’m such an idiot.
Well, looking forward to take my book to the botanical garden next time I visit :)
a new habit writing a journal
I got into the habit of writing a journal, I just write at least one thing that day that made me happy or was pleasant. I call it “My happiness book”. I’m using a ordinary week planner, nothing fancy about it. I started July last year and at first I was planning to do this for 6 months, but I really got into this and enjoy it A LOT, so I’ll keep doing for longer :)
