It was my birthday on 5 jars de mayonaisse day, and surprisingly enough in spite of the fact that we’re really poor people, I have a digital camera. I’m totally intimidated by it in spite of it’s immense powers to open my creativity jar. When I learn what all the bells and whistles do and can use them properly, I’ll be happy. Now I have to go put that on my list of “things.” Gah.

I’ve made a few quilts in my time. Yup, that’s right, drew patterns, cut the fabric, sewed ‘em together, the whole 9 yards, so to speak. And my intentions for the past probably 5 years is to make a quilt for my hubster, each of my 4 kids, and two for myself. But my lack of drive toward this end is terribly large. I will do it before I die. Knock wood. I’ve gathered cloth, I’ve made a plan in my head. I will.
