I went from 140lbs to 120lbs in about 9 months. Took a while, lots of exercise and a hell of a lot of veggies. I’m only 5’4” so i think this is a somewhat good balance. I’m fitting into size 5/6’s again and it feels great not to have those rolls of fat I used to cringe at seeing. I’m seeing a tiny bit of love handles still and plan on working those off with weight training. I call them my spare bike tire lol. I think i could probably stand to lose 5 more lbs to get rid of the love handles, but we’ll see where it goes. Totally worth it!

As soon as school is out, more sleeping… minus when i have planned parenthood or my new internship with boulder county, hehe. Well getting there lol

have to have a big commitment from the beginning and need someone supportive. Definitely worth doing!
