I started working out since late June. In the month of July, I have worked out every other day on average. It was a good progress. Aug is here now. I am going to try to do more than every other day!

day 1: I did 80 minutes yoga today.
day 3: swam 1 hour today
day 4: jogged 2 miles today
day 6: 10 min abs excercise & 1 hour clean the house.
July 8 day 7: jogged 2 miles
July 9 day 8: walked/ran 2 miles in 34 minutes. Had 2 scoops of ice cream, Yummy!—-July 10 Day 9: I didn’t work out today. Way too busy at work. :(
July 11 Day 10: I did 1 hour cadio class. Sweat like I just took a shower.
July 12-13 Nothing, still sore and prepare for tomorrow’s bike ride 20 miles.
July 14 It is really hot outside. I have decided to play tennis today. So I played for about 40 mintues today.
July 15 I walked about 3-4 hours in the city.
July 16 Went to the park and took a walk for 40 minutes. Does it really count? sure why not, it is better than nothing.
July 17 I rode bike for 9 miles, then walked 1 mile
July 18 Cardio class for one hour. Sweat a lot agian. :-)
July 19 Jogged 2 miles today
July 20 Jogged 2 miles again. WOW, I did something everyday this week. This is a really good progress.
July 24 I did yoga class for one hour
July 26 I ran 1.6 miles today. Ran out of time to catch the shuttle home. This month is almost over. Hang in there!!!
Julye 27 Today, I walked about 3.5 hours.
July 28 I biked from golden gate park to sausalito. San Francisco has lots of hills. It was a nice ride. I was tired but I am not really sore. I can feel that I am getting stronger and more energy alread compare to last month.
