Dict.cc and canoo.net helped me for a great deal. Also the Privatdedektif Müller series from langenscheid. But of course, the main thing was talking to the locals.

Ich muss aber noch mein wortschatz erweitern. :) Jetzt habe ich kein problem mit täglich gespräch, aber verstanden einen film ist ‘was ganz anders :)

I did quit playing video games about 3 years ago – except Civ. That game for me it was just like a drug addiction. I’d have to go the school next day and I’d sit in front of the computer “just for a couple of minutes” and the next thing I see would be the rising sun…

So I erased it off of my computer and started my civ free life. Seriously it is a choice between “life” and “playing civ”. I still hunger for it once in a while, but I’m not installing that game again – After finding myself playing civ 2 in my old computer just a couple of week ago.

And damn the fact that civ 4 is such a good game – it’s the best of the series – and I have to keep myself away from it.

But as I said, it’s either “life” or “playing civ”...

I for some reason insisted on doing it and also made 2 other people come with me. Not that we had awful time there, but it was just… not the right thing. Maybe Disneyland lost it’s charm over the years or maybe it was just me who changed…

Anyways, instead of going to Disneyland, pick some other non-fake place to go. (That’s my suggestion of course) I don’t know… Go to montmartre if you’re in Paris, or a Kareoke bar if you’re in Japan… World offers more beauties than Disneyland
