They think I’m crazy because doing things for free is unheard of here in Maracaibo where you’re lucky if you pull over to help someone who’s been in a car accident and don’t wind up in jail yourself or at best get robbed.
I think the new year is a great time to spark some change and what better example than that of self sacrifice of ones time. Probably a good idea to lead by example. I want to teach my girls how to be independent and catalysts of change as well – children learn best by mimicking what they see, right?
Doing the self taught thing and learned the tabs to my first song. Although it’s a super easy one – I am quite proud. It feels good jammin’ :D
