So it starts

I have decided to keep a food diary for my day to day eating. I’ll be organising to see the doctor every 2 weeks on a Friday afternoon to track my progress. I’m planning on updating this Journal once week to help keep me motivated and focus. Thats my main problem – staying focused! I haven’t told anyone in RL about this diet as I want to draw on my own strength to begin with and IF (not when) I start to lose sight of my goal THEN tell people about my diet. Hopefully by March I wont be ignoring the “diet issue” I’ll be talking about it with friends so I can keep focussed. Thats my plan anyways :)
