How I did it
How I did it: Several things helped me with becoming more active:- walking during my lunch hour, then eat my lunch at my desk while checking email- parking farther away and walking a bit to stores- if waiting (for someone to arrive, for the mechanic, etc.) go for a brief walk instead of sitting in the waiting room- do yoga poses during TV commercials- dancing at karaoke (no, I don't wanna dance *with* anyone, thanks)- bodyboarding when the boys are sur… Read how I did it…

Trinity stitch shawl needs 1 more skein of yarn… hard to find locally, will need to purchase online.
Ripple shawl in progress, almost 2/3 done.
Not started:
- buffalo yarn shawl – will not be laceweight, combine with neutral lambswool
- shawl for Jade – ideas??
