I graduated years ago in Drama and Theatre Studies. I started my experiences in theater very early; I was 16, so when I started working in theater it was supposed to be my lifetime job. It was all I wanted to do, but in 2001 I decided to quit.
It complicated my life a lot, as I was quitting something I deeply needed, but… I had to quit, I really had no chance. I got back to theater in 2005; the year before I started again to take photos (I used to take photos as a form to grab visual notes in my mind). It took four year more to increase the time I was dedicating to the theater. Now I got a job as a researcher in Theatre Anthropology, and I really want to direct a play again, to read more dramas, to watch more theater… maybe I’m ready to end these hard times and get back to theater again.

How I did it: I planned for a very long time to move to Barcelona, or at least to move back to Spain, where I had been studying and working years ago. As I'm 36 (2009) :P , moving to another country is not that easy. Not as easy as when I was a young student.I planned a lot, but finally I succeeded and... Barcelona is a wonderful town. How I did it: Yes. Theater is fantastic! To some extent, it is like digging into your own life experience, but it's also an initiatic path, a way to step out of yourself just to look the same things from another, and many other, points of view. A long time ago, I worked as an acting teacher and a director. Afterwards, for various reasons I had to quit. Recently, I started to teach again in an acting course and in a dramatic writing one. Besides, I'm ca… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I've tried for a very long time to dedicate more time to readings. I thought it was hard, as I read a lot in my work, but almost only technical books. I could change this trend when I understood that I didn't lack enough time to read, but enough organisation to to what I wanted (or even needed) to do. Read how I did it…

I really am writing a play… the problem is that I don’t know when I’m going to finish it. I’ve to organize myself, if I want to win this challenge.
It obviously worth doing. I had to do some work, important and expensive… and I finally finished with my dentist… and that’s amazing !!
