This has gradually crept back upon me

So I’m going to start counting days again. 3 weeks away seemed to break the habit but its took 3 weeks to be back in the habit again too. I did well. So I have 5 more hours before I can count day 1 as done

I have a few bumps that look a bit red that aren’t bothering me much at all. So much better to deal with than picked ones! I will steam my face tonight and do a face mask :) I’m being so good

Wow

Still haven’t had a picking session. Been almost 5 weeks now! I don’t examine my face anymore. I sometimes feel things but I don’t run for the mirror at all. They dry up quite quickly. My face is amazing. Alot of people are saying I’m looking really well and glowing. My regime is use non fragrance baby wipes to take off make up at night then I use Nivea night regenerating cream generously. In the morning I clean my face with neutrogena 7 day black head scrub and I use the new Nivea primer before a little mineral powder. My diet and water in take isn’t great either. I’m happy :)
