Bethesda

First 5k this weekend in Bethesda…should be easy, second 5k is going to be in May here at the Fort for Armed Forces Week.

TODAY!!!!!

Ok im just going to log my delicious meals today…pay special attention to the LUNCH!!! SO TASTY!.(yall dont have to use shrimp you can use tofu and its still flippin scrumptious!)

B- Kashi blueberry waffle, peanut butter, syrup, chocolate soy milk
S- Smores granola bar w/ almond butter
L- Shrimp (or firm tofu), asparagus, spinach whole wheat pasta with cajun spices and olive oil
S- 2 boxes raisins
w/o- 2.5 miles
D- TBD

14 miles thus far...and 1 hour swimming

Did .5 miles with Schotze the dog the other day and then went swimming (Saturday I believe). The swimming was great and I loved doing the different techniques and such (esp when one is taught by the ever adorable boyfriend)...however disaster struck Sunday…i have an ear infection. DAMNATIONS!!!!! Thats ok. I got some meds and am going to tackle the road (hopefully without too much anguish) today with another 2.5miles i do believe!
