Its been the hardest thing to do – get back into my work out routine. I might have a short run of 5 to 10 days, but that’s about it. So, everyday just some form of activity to get back into it.

Its that “ah ha” moment when you realize, how one thing impacts another. My ah ha moment came when I realized that the image I have of myself affects/impacts my confidence. When I feel I have dressed well, I feel more confident. But when I wear something dopey…I feel like a real bozo. If I could afford it, I would hire a consultant to help me determine my ‘style’ and how to buy clothes that fit right.
Lost focus

Well I lost sight of this goal. I allowed other things (like TV) to consume my evenings. I think I will just try again and take little steps. I have so many books that I want to try again on this goal.
