My friend Mehdi, an astrophysicist with NASA, and I went to the movies the other day, on our way back (late that night) we stopped right in the middle of the parking lot, the sky was brilliantly lit with the stars – and then and there I got a lesson on the constellations and stars all viewed with the naked eye, and how to photograph them (which Amy and I will try). Thank you Mehdi for making the first part of my dream come true. . . . Second part. . . . Pending.

In this night of thunder and storms – I see my garden, a pathway of flagstone
Small and airy, amongst the potted jasmine and the gardenias -
I walk softly and sit by the pond
And there I sit drenched in the rain – as it washes my pain
It is peaceful here. . . . In my dream
