i'm starting to descend

i work on the 12th story of an office building. I make sure that at least once a day i walk down all 12 flights of stairs. i’ve also been walking up all 12 at least 2 – 3 times a week and it keeps getting easier every time i do it. i’ve been furiously dialing friends to find exercise partners because when exercising with friends, it really doesn’t seem all that hard.
