I’ve already completed several of these (italics), so I think this goal will keep me from being discouraged as I attempt to complete Rory Gilmore’s book list…that thing has about 1000 books on it!

20 pounds gone...1/6 of the way there!

Losing 20 pounds is pretty exciting for me. Generally, I lose interest in a diet after 10 or 15 pounds lost, but this time I still haven’t lost focus. I think it’s a combination of being successfully treated for a few conditions that I didn’t know I had before, and my decision to refer to this goal as a series of “lifestyle modifications” rather than a diet. Diets are so blah and depressing, but lifestyle modifications are new, exciting, and positive changes for your future. Today I decided to select this goal as my personal challenge, with a finish date of 2/1/14. That gives me 53 weeks to lose about 100 additional pounds.



Complete ChaLEAN Extreme
I'm so excited!

I start ChaLEAN Extreme’s 90 day program for real on August 1. Yes, I’ve cheated a little, because I couldn’t help myself and had to try a few workouts out. And they were awesome…I’m really looking forward to this!
