Smoking down!

So far it has been four days – a milestone but I don’t crave one. It’s more important to me that I can run comfortably now instead of waiting for a reason to quit. I started getting my lungs back in shape by practicing deep breathing each night. My lungs and ribs actually ache after the full meditation. I think it’s been that long since I’ve breathed that deeply! I hope to turn this into a meditation/yoga/motivational log.
