quit drinking so much coffee

After this little victory – I’m thinking of going to full purge...

But not yet. The coffee we grind at work is so good – does anyone have and good tasting coffee substitutes?

On my way... 4 years ago

I’ve ridden to work every day for the last 2 weeks (~hr/day), still no weekend / mountain biking yet – which is criminal considering where I live…



loose 15kg

I’ve lost 9kg in not very long. Crazy. Not sure what happened – but it could have been an inaccurate measurement on the first pass.

Regardless, I’m close to my target weight. Attributed to:
  • Riding to work every day.
  • Eating fruit for lunch ( canned / fresh ) + salad roll.
  • Cutting coffee down to 1 / day.

This, along with waking earlier every day has helped motivation / energy heaps.
