After this little victory – I’m thinking of going to full purge...
But not yet. The coffee we grind at work is so good – does anyone have and good tasting coffee substitutes?

I’ve ridden to work every day for the last 2 weeks (~hr/day), still no weekend / mountain biking yet – which is criminal considering where I live…
I’ve lost 9kg in not very long. Crazy. Not sure what happened – but it could have been an inaccurate measurement on the first pass.
Regardless, I’m close to my target weight. Attributed to:This, along with waking earlier every day has helped motivation / energy heaps.
