... not to bite four nails for nearly two weeks, but I just gave in today and chewed off three of them. Now there is only one left. In fact two of them were bit so low that it hurts to type. This is an odd condition, but I know there are others who can relate and that feels good. We’ll see how long this one nail lasts! Wish me luck, and good luck to you all.
... a year and a half and I have always wanted to tell my mom about it. He’s not a bad guy or anything like that. She’s just a bit overcontrolling and doesn’t really want me dating until I am established in a career. I think that is unrealistic, unsafe, and unfair. Therefore, I am very cautiously, and as wisely as I can muster, proceeding forward with this relationship. She was not happy, but I didn’t get chastised or controlled even more when I told her, so all is well.
