ed arrived as planned and I would consider this goal complete were it not for the fact that he will be starting his job in a different city next month and he still has to qualify for the permanent VISA. For now I’m enjoying every second and looking forward to when we will be in the same city permanently.

How I did it: My boyfriend did all of the planning, so I just showed up at the train station. From there we took the Eurostar to Paris and once we arrived we hopped on the Metro. You can get pretty much anywhere on that thing. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Cold Turkey. It takes more than one try, but it does get easier. I quit 10 years ago and would never go back. The pulmonary embolism helped, but it still took 2 years after to finally kick the habit. Cigarettes are gross and smoke all over your clothes and hair stinks. How I did it: I decided to give my hair a break from all of the crazy colours I had dyed it in previous years when I started dating my boyfriend. I don't think he even noticed that my hair was no longer Chocolate Cherry. It took a long time to grow out the coloured part and I have seen a lot of my hair hit the floor of the salon, but I think it was a good choice.
