We (husband and then kids) have lived in rentals all our life, sometimes sharing walls with others. I love being a homeowner. We can do whatever we want to the walls and yard without permission. The cons are that we need to fix all those things that break. But I even enjoy doing that (most of the time!) since I feel pride and accomplishment in the task. We haven’t had a major repair come up yet, so ask me later how I feel when something major fails… 8)

I took Bradley classes as opposed to Lamaze and found the experience to be everything I wanted. Look in your area for a Bradley Birth instructor.
