It’s Day 5 without soda and I’m feeling a lot better. This is the first day I haven’t felt like I need to take ibuprofen, and water is actually starting to taste great. I crave IT instead of soda!

Headaches
I’ve been drinking soda since before my fingers were big enough to open the cans.
This is my second day without soda and I have one of the worst headaches I’ve ever had. It’s been so hard to decide to give up soda because I know I’ll get headaches, and there really isn’t a convenient time in my life to schedule a week of miserable headaches. So I just sucked it up and chose this week.
I’ve been drinking a lot of water and taking a lot of ibuprofen, but nothing seems to help. I know that I will feel better all around when I’ve kicked the habit, but getting to that point will be really difficult.
I miss Dr Pepper.
