in 10 years 2 weeks ago

10 years is more than enough time for this goal. I may even be able to accomplish it in 5. From now on, as long as I keep my expenses low, it should be easy to save $10,000 year, and that’s not even including interest.

To accomplish this, I’ll stay put – sharing an apartment with a 10×10 bedroom (it’s super comfy with a loft from IKEA). My rent & bills are $800/month, so I can live off of 63% of my income and save the rest.

i have today off from work. as soon as i go through my goals, going to take the day to really work on the lit review. it has to be handed in in two weeks, so this will help get the project moving.
