How I did it: I was at a low place a couple of years ago. I started slowly, focusing on my studies. As time went by, I started adding in more social events, and started to come out of my shell. How I did it: I simply got into a routine. As a student teacher, I need to leave the house before 8am each morning. This in turn led to my body clock changing.
