I did it! It was all thanks to my boyfriend’s mother and sister, who got me a Hershey’s kiss-shaped fondue set, and we spent NYE’s dipping fruit and pound cake in a chocolately mess. (Losing the food in the fondu – certainly a “fondon’t”. Oh dear – I’m sure I’m not the first person to think of that horrible joke :p)
This is sincerely difficult for me. I get anxious when I meditate, like I want to do other things. However, I might be taking up yoga soon, so perhaps that shall help.
