Great real estate agent, great mortgage broker, and then a great house came on the market that needed some major work…but everything that I could do…with a little bit of help. :) Thanks to my parents, who co-signed, I qualified for the loan. Now I’m looking for roommates.

I’m still trying to decide if I should count schoolbooks/textbooks in this…and I think so because I’ll be doing a lot of research this quarter.
