My new job requires a lot of physical exercise, and I have been going to spin class once a week, yoga class once a week, and walking everywhere in between

Have been out parting for the last 2 nights in a row, but now I am hungover and broke :P



lose weight
First 10 lbs gone

I lost the first ten pretty easily, without straining myself too hard. Mostly I just wrote down everything I ate (this caused me to eat less, I think because I became more aware of the little things that I was eating without thinking about it) and also exercising for a few hours a week. I think I may be able to lose another 5-10 lbs this way, but then for the last 30 I want to lose I’ll have to get on some kind of diet.
