i’m about 5’8 and a half and i weigh 137 pounds currently. i’m turning sixteen in april, and by that time i want to be down to 120/125 pounds at least, but i want to loose weight in a healthy way, not by starving myself, because really, i love food.
does anybody no any good work outs or healthy meals of some sort that’ll help me reach my goal?
it’ll help a ton.
