i’m not even going to admit how much i weigh, but i’m according to BMI, i’m borderline overweight. not cool.
instead of eating out three times a week like i do, i plan to cook dinner at home—and healthfully.
i’ve been doing a little something of a workout every day. not up to my own standard of what a work out is, but i’ve been really sick, and i’m surprised i’ve done anything at all.
once i lose 5 pounds, i’m going to start tanning. being tan makes me feel thinner, and makes me more motivated to keep working out.
