Recent entries
I’ve been getting a lot better. Since November or so, I’ve been doing a lot of exercises for it. And I try to ice it every now and then. It has been a lot better! I’ve been able to run several miles at a time!
I went a little back this past week though, because I tried to do lunges, and I guess that wasn’t good for it. It’s been hurting quite a bit. But I iced it last night, and doing the strengthening exercises really helps.
