How I did it: I made a lot of food and a lot of drinks, decorated the house, and invited lots of people. Some people that I wanted to come didn't make it, but it was okay. How I did it: My doctor told me to keep a food diary to help diagnose some issues I was having, and I have realized that nothing is wrong with me, except that I'm not eating a balanced diet. All my issues could be solved by eating on a schedule instead of whenever, and by eating healthier foods. I’ve been cooking a lot more lately with just whatever I happen to find lying around, rather than by recipe. My mom used to do that. She just made stuff up in her head and I never could figure out how she did it. I guess now I am the same way. I just remember and I find it easy to experiment with what goes with what. Like matching clothes. I love cooking. Its so soothing.
I can’t believe I haven’t done this in a month. I can’t seem to be able to keep this up for anything.
I did a little yoga today. Maybe I’ll just tell myself that a little bit is enough as long as its something. I’ll do more on days I feel like it, but if I don’t then I just don’t.
