In order to gain weight it takes patients and a combination of things people can tell you a lot but it all depends on what work for your body type but I will give you a true tip, one day I went to one of those high work out gyms and I asked to speck to a trainer and I ask why is it every where you turn there is a way to loss weight but not gain? he replied if you wont to gain weight than all you have to do is exercise than eat see people who loss weight by eating than work out there burning calories if you work out than eat your metabolism is so high that you store food instead.
BTW Your supposed to consume 2500 a day good luck!!!!!!!!!

about 4 monthes a go i gained about 8-pounds and i think it may have been from eatting 3 table spoons of peanut butter twice a day that sounds crazy but my older cuzin was lil like me i noticed she gaining weight so i asked her what it was she was doing and she told me she eat a table spoon of peanut butter twice a day so i ate more and i did gain the 8-pounds but stress took it with him.
So my goal is to try again.
