I’ve finished drinking soda and it feels great. Whenever I feel the craving, I just drink a big glass of water and I no longer feel the need to have a soda.
I’ve finished drinking soda and it feels great. Whenever I feel the craving, I just drink a big glass of water and I no longer feel the need to have a soda.
It’s been a little over a week. I didn’t drink any soda during the week. I had a soda on the weekend—but I didn’t binge or go all out. It’s actually a lot easier than I thought.
This is my fourth day of quitting. I woke up this morning with such a craving for an ice cold glass of sweet oh so tasty cola. I think my craving has more to do with being thirsty. I’ll have a glass of water instead.
