The to do list will be personal stuff and things to do with the business. There’s just so much to be getting on with that sometimes I find myself either doing the wrong thing or not using the time I do have wisely because I havent planned properly.

Weigh in was 194lb which lighter than I have been in years. It has broken the 14st milestone (14X14=196lb)
12lb to go.

Started Gym.

Getting serious now. Started at 212. Target 182.
Will weigh myself next week . I’m resisting the temptation for now.
(Last week I was 200lb)
