I want to keep a fitness journal so that I can write down what days I’ve worked out, for how long and also to write about how it makes me feel. How I feel proud for keeping to my workout etc. So on those days where I try to talk myself out of going, I can read the results from previous workouts and it will give me a push to do the workout.

I have tried many times since I was in high school to lose weight. My problem is with junk food. It is an addiction that effects my life. I can’t seem to go a day without eating some sort of chocolate, ice cream, candy etc. The worst times are at night, all I can think about is going to the corner store to curb the craving. It’s as bad as needing a fix.
Anyways, I was inspired by the first story on this page of how she lost her weight. She was at the same weight as I am when she started out. I find it amazing that she could lose weight while going through the breakup with her boyfriend. Let’s hope I have the will power to do this!
