How I did it
How I did it: When I felt a pain in my chest I thought I was having a heart attack. Being over-weight I had high blood pressure, and so I thought it was the end. When pain went away, I decided to take action. I picked up my bought-long-ago "Allen Carr's Easyweigh to Lose Weight" and read it with great interest. My result? 40 pounds in 2 months.
