I regressed. And here I am, weighing less than what I was, but weighing more than what I was at the same time. At one point I was 108 lbs. That was amazing! I now weigh 12 lbs more than that. Ok, so it’s 12 lbs. I can lose that. 2 lbs per week, being optimistic, that would put me at 6 weeks, about two months to get rid of TWELVE POUNDS OF PURE FAT.

I am 118-115 lbs. I was 108 lbs at some point, should have logged that milestone…and now I have to work towards that again. Hard work. A battle against my body. I ate too much today because today was the first time I ate at a restaurant in a very long time and I went overboard. Look how far you have come and don’t go back now, keep moving, no eating here tonight, no, no, you’re on a diet, a lifetime diet. Low calorie, low carb, low fat, high fiber, high protein, intense exercise intervals, cinnamon, inositol, a lot of veggies, a lot of water, a lot of green tea…JUST TEN POUNDS!
I need to bite my tongue sometimes. I got myself into trouble. I caused unnecessary misunderstandings resulting in a fight. Instead of responding with what I thought it was, I should have just asked you what you meant. What did you mean by that? What did you think I meant? I don’t know, that’s why I am asking you.
