That’s right. One morning I woke up, thought about my debt to income ratio as I’ve progressed through my career over the years and decided to buy a house!
I went looking at homes online everyday for about an hour continually picking out the ones I liked the most. I visited many each week and they never were what they looked like in the photos and were most often surrounded by unattractive neighborhoods.
I got with a good Realtor recommended in the family and he introduced me to a new home in the local area. I met with three different mortgage lenders and settled on the third one. She is a die hard and works for George Mason in another state!
After crossing my fingers and saving up for the down payment, I got the loan and the house is beautiful. An area you may overlook is learning to be a good host! The house has taught me a lot of cool things to do for your guests!
Enjoy, life and it live it to the absolute fullest. There only limits are in your mind.
