it’s been roughly 15 days since i started the daily reminders to myself to work on this goal. in that time i’ve completed it maybe 3-4 times. but i did it today. i also signed up on fitnessmagazine.com to be able to view and print workouts i can do and also videos they make of simple workouts. it’s a small success towards my goal but i’m proud of myself today. and hopefully i’ll start a full routine tomorrow. nothing like a trip to the doctor to point out just how much weight i actually have gained. but i’m gonna fix that. starting now.

i won’t say it’s my dream job.
but i get excited when i’m talking over my weekly schedules with my supervisor.
and i’m glad that i get to go to a job every day that challenges me.
i’ll call this one done. with the option to repeat.
i joined this website because i love the idea of it. i added goals because they really are things i’d like to be doing with my life. but a website isn’t in my face enough to make me do these things. i haven’t been doing my exercises.
today, i made a chore list on my bathroom mirror. it was satisfying checking off my own little boxes of things my house needed. in that spirit i just up 43things to send me a reminder every day that says “when you read me drop whatever you’re doing and do your exercises.”
i did my exercises today. i feel better already.
