I’ve been making great progress at this. About two months ago I decided that it was time to get healthy. Since then, I’ve been going to the gym 3-5 times a week and watching what I’m eating. I’ve already lost 14lbs. I’m already at the half-point of my weight loss. 14lbs more to go!

About two months ago I decided that I needed to seriously start taking care of myself. I am now drinking so much less than I was. The new rule is that I don’t drink alone at home anymore. That was my major problem. I would buy a bottle of wine to have with dinner and then end up drinking half of the bottle in one night, and finish off the next. And then I’d buy another. Now that I’m not drinking at home anymore, I feel much better. I’m sleeping better. I’m saving money.
