Day 3 3 years ago

I was so sore from working out yesterday, that major exercise wasn’t much of an option today, but I did manage crunches, just to keep my commitment. If hadn’t promised myself that I would do this, I definitely would have done no exercise today, so i guess it’s working.

21 days and counting 3 years ago

Today was day 2 of my exercise commitment. I upped it to 22 days, so anyone who wanted to join in (Rmc or here or whereever) had a couple days to psych themselves up.
I went to yoga this morning, did some ab work at the gym, and then went hiking with Jackie at Griffith Park.
I’m now wasting time I should be spending on homework, to research yoga studios in Atwater.

Today I started a plan to exercise daily for 20 days. It was spurned from a “20 days of yoga thread” on an online community I’m part of. Even if I only exercise for 5 minutes, I must exercise. For 20 days.
