okay, I put my sleep schedule on joesgoals.com, with positive reinforcement for getting up before 9 and negative reinforcement for getting up after 11. has anyone else tried something like this?
so far, results are embarrassing, but what is measured improves, right?
christine, i’m with you. one thing i want to try eventually is getting to work before everyone else (instead of always staying late) so i can move those productive hours earlier in the day, but i haven’t been able to sustain that for more than a couple of days so far.

sunday night was fine (slept for 8 hours, got up at 8 am like a real person), but today i got sick. so, not only do i feel like crap, but i also slept for around 11 hours, from 2 am to 1 pm. so much for progress.

i was raised on computers, so i tend to correct and reorganize what i’m saying as i type. for writing letters by hand, this doesn’t really work, so i’m trying to get used to thinking about what i want to say before writing it down. it’s hard to do without going crazy staring at a blank page, but i’m getting (incrementally) better at it.
