learn more about photography
Starting it up 4 months ago

Alright, so I’ve started this goal by buying my first book on Digital Photography. This is more of a beginner’s guide to the basics so I figured that was a good place to start, especially since I want to build on the foundation that I already have.

So I concluded that there are a few things I need to get my photography hobby started.

1)Flash
2)Wide Angle lens 14mm-18mm
3)A few different models

and I need to commit some time every week to trying out some different shots and different lighting. Really, that’s the only way to get better right?

Finish reading the books some of the books I've started but never finished.
Okay I need to make a list... 4 months ago

So here it is.

1) The Lovely Bones (I’ve finally gotten into 100 pages of this book and loving it!)
2) Sex, Drugs and Cocoa Puffs- Chuck Klosterman
3) Can Fit Pro Certification book and Study Guide (this goes with another goal)
4) The AC/DC Biography
5) Re read the Harry Potter series
6) The Great Gatsby

Work on my flexibility to become like I was when I was dancing competitively.
Starting to stretch 4 months ago

I decided that this goal needs baby steps. I have gotten into going to the gym 5 days per week over the last year.

I’ve been running, spinning, training for a half marathon, doing weights. I’m still trying to balance everything out. I’m starting off now by just stretching after I run more than usual. This includes my back, my splits…everything really. Before I can get back as flexible as I was before I have to start small.

First I’m starting my working my splits, then I’ll start doing needle points, and then hopefully pirouettes again. The strenght I’ve developed in my core I’m hoping will help.
