As i work out more now, my skin is getting better, less dry n more “bouncy” haha very amazing~!

But i still have to do sth to deal with my ever-lasting “panda eyes”.........

As I do more exercise now, I’ve got to drink more water naturally.



lose weight

Working on it for 2 weeks now. Either swimming or jogging for an hour everyday, having very clean and boring diet. Hope I can finish what I started.

So far, lost several pounds now. Not bad, huh? :)



learn swimming

After swimming for two weeks after last 15 years, now I’m getting better in swimming. Not as scared by the water as before. I can now swim for an hour, 40 turns in a 250m pool. :D

Next thing I would like to learn is diving into the bottom of the pool.
