just weighed myself on the school nurses scales and it is about as bad as i thought it would be. 253.5 pounds, thats 18 stone!!!
well at least i know what im dealing with now. At a height of 6ft, a two years ago i was 14stone and a largish size 14 and alot happier than i am now but still wanted to be smaller. I guess my ultimate goal would have to be 12stone, which is 168 pounds. thats 85.5 pounds to lose!!! quite a challenge!
