waaaa! 2 years ago

just weighed myself on the school nurses scales and it is about as bad as i thought it would be. 253.5 pounds, thats 18 stone!!!
well at least i know what im dealing with now. At a height of 6ft, a two years ago i was 14stone and a largish size 14 and alot happier than i am now but still wanted to be smaller. I guess my ultimate goal would have to be 12stone, which is 168 pounds. thats 85.5 pounds to lose!!! quite a challenge!

b- egg, plum
s- 1 square 70% cocoa choc, 100cal crisps, plum, slice water melon, bite of choc brownie
l- humous and tomato sandwitch, tangerine, slice watermelon.
d- chicken with rice and veg.fruit yog
s- 2 rivita and houmas

ok so feeling well rubbish today, guna keep the diet up tho!!
b 1 boiled egg and 1 plum
s 100 cal crisps and tangerine
l philli lite and tomato sandwitch, slimasoup, plum, d coke,
s 2 slices of watermelon and 100 cal choc milk

thinking about doing baked salmon with brown rice and veg to night.

d salmon, green beans and carrots, noodles(wanted to do it with brown whole meal rice but had to cook quick and the rice would take 30 mins)
1 rivita spead with houmus
