How I did it: Contact your local bar association (as in lawyer) . Ours provided a booklet to study, once you've studied the rules and fess, make an  appointment to take our test.  WShen you pass the state contact you for your court date for your official swearing in...Just remember to renew every 5 years. Oddly enough, my husband and I have both lost our jobs…so we are taking some our savings and taking our teenage boys to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving. From there, you can easily visit Zion National Park (150 Miles), Bryce Canyon (additional 78 miles) and through a mile long tunnel to get to the North rim of the Grand Canyon(another 150 Miles) It appears all have lodging. I have been as far west as Missouri, but then did the “flyover” to CA & HI.
