I have volunteered for the special olympics for many years now. The best way to start is go to your local school and ask if they participate in it. If so start communicating with the teacher and ask if you can help train the students, then meet them all down there for state. If you wish to do more like be able to take time then I would say talk to the teacher and see who she goes thru and go that way. hope that helps some.
Bowling is coming up like this month.
