Being sexy 19 months ago

This is the best goal I’ve ever made. It’s so much fun and totally positive. Can’t lose. I keep reminding my hubby how sexy I am. Just need to get these high heels sorted

I’m on day 20 of a self help book detox. Have noticed my internet use has increased exponentially…cross addiction :0)
I realised that having more thatn a couple leads to contradiction and paralysis. I need to discover my inner wisdom and read inspiring fiction ( am reading Post birthday world, much better than a relationship book

Starting with my teeth 19 months ago

I know that I can take a mindful show and mindfully clean my teeth but the rest is challenging!. I get bogged down in moments…is a moment a breath…or a heartbeat, a nano second or a century. I think that I over think this somewhat
