How I did it: traded a cigarette for a VERY strong peppermint, and drank tons of water when i had a craving. lost tons of weight doing it too!!! and i thought id be gaining it!!! Read how I did it…

i want to find my biological father 14 months ago

my fathers name is Michael J Stein. he is probebly in his 40’s.
i was born in 1986. my father has several other children. I met them once because his wife… or ex wife or something…. wanted to meet me and my mother.
I met my father in court once, my mom said he took me for ice cream after but i don’t remember it. all i want is to know what he looks like.
please if anyone knows a man by this name tell him i just want to know him. tell him im not angry with him anymore for not being around. i am still a little hurt by it, but all i want is to know who my dad is.

i need some sleep. Ive been skipping it alot lately, usually staying awake until even 6 or 7:00 in the morning. some one suggested i come here and find tips, and i must say you guys have alot of them, and i will definately use them! I will definately have alot of work to do, cuz almost everything you have all said not to do is something in my daily routine, and things you say i should do are never done. got alot of work ahead of me, but i am definately going to try.
